In a resolution passed by the Honourable Director of Sports of the Basque Government, the registration of the CD DE NATACIÓN SINCHRONIZADA DE SESTAO in the registry of sports entities of the Basque Country is ordered, resulting in: That on March 11, 1999, the Sports Club in question deposited with the Sports Directorate of the Basque Government the documentation requested for this purpose. The validity of the documents submitted in order to request registration and that they contain the requirements prescribed in Decree 29/1.989 of February 14.

That the Statutes presented are not contrary to the legal system and that they regulate the aspects contemplated in article 6 of the Decree establishing the regime of constitution and operation of Sports Clubs and Sports Groups.

That pursuant to the provisions of article 5 of Decree 29/1989, it is the responsibility of the Sports Directorate of the Basque Government to proceed with the registration in the Registry of all Sports Clubs that meet the established suitability requirements.

For all these reasons it is resolved: To report favorably on the Statutes of the CD DE NATACIÓN SINCHRONIZADA DE SESTAO. To register the aforementioned Sports Club in the registry of Sports Entities with the number 2640.
